Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of high order volume or delays, customers will be informed through email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote area delivery may take an additional 2–3 days.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most areas in Pakistan.

  • Please ensure your mobile number is active so the courier can contact you if needed.

5. Order Confirmation Calls

Some orders may require a verification call or WhatsApp confirmation.
Orders will only be shipped once confirmed.

6. Delays & Responsibility

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier issues

  • Remote locations

  • National holidays

Luxenor is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies after dispatch. However, we will always help track and follow up on your parcel.

7. Wrong Address or Missing Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Luxenor is not responsible for:

  • Undelivered parcels due to incorrect address

  • Additional charges for re-delivery

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and evidence (photo/video).

  • We will coordinate with the courier for a replacement or solution.
